He was very knowledgeable and well versed about the issues, and was the qualified candidate with the experience to get Detroit right-sized and pointed in the right direction. Probably had there been &amp;quot;more local media exposure&amp;quot; Freman very well may have finished in the money, maybe front-runner. --- Thomas A.
