BEST BUY HAS RIPPED ME OFF SEVERAL TIMES; ALSO WHEN THEY SELL COMPUTERS THEY KEEP THE INSTALATION DISK AND CHARGE A INSTALATION FEE.  IF YOU HAVE PROBS YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR REPAIR IF YOUR WARRANTY RUNS OUT MY PROBS CAME ABOUT WHEN A WORM INFECTED MY FILES AND PART OF THE OPERATING SYSTEM WAS WIPED OUT .  IVE SEEN THE OPERATING SYSTEMS THAT WERE SUPPOSED TO BELONG TO THE CUSTOMER SOLD ON EBAY . I BOUGHT ONE HAD THE SERIAL NUMBERS INTACT. SOME ONE SHOULD DIG DEEPER INTO THIS SO INVESTIGATION IS DONE CONCERNING RETAIL FRAUD AND TRUST ISSUES.
