The 2008 Walk for Wishes events offer individuals, teams, sponsors, and wish families an opportunity to join together to raise awareness and funds to support the Make-A-Wish mission. Walkers of all ages and fitness levels are encouraged to participate in this 2 mile walks. Highlights of the Walk include special opening and closing ceremonies featuring our wish children, complimentary breakfast and lunch, beverages, music, games, activities, free admission into the zoo for the day, and some fun surprises! Participants must raise a minimum of $150 and all participants will receive a free commemorative Walk t-shirt.
