DMC Sinai-Grace host an all-day information fair in honor or National Crime Victims' Rights Week

In observance of National Crime Victims’ Rights Week, DMC Sinai-Grace’s Domestic Violence Task Force will host a safety resource fair on Monday, April 14, from 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. at Sinai-Grace Hospital located at 6071 W. Outer Drive, Detroit.

Counselors, social workers, chaplains, police and fire, as well as industry specialists will be there the entire day to answer questions and offer immediate help to any person in need. McGruff, the crime dog, will be on hand to distribute junior police badges. Plus, a 9-1-1 simulator will be available to teach children how to properly place calls. Additional activities are scheduled. This event is free and open to the public.

Rallies, candlelight vigils and a host of commemorative activities are held each year to promote victims’ rights and to honor crime victims and those who advocate on their behalf.

Sinai-Grace Hospital is a full-service hospital with 404 licensed beds and more than 800 physicians, 700 nurses and 1,700 support staff.
