He sure did. Saw it on the news last night at 11 and today at noon.

Ok. What does it take to get a recall going? The other question is how do you gather citizens together for such an initative? Are there other political loopholes designed for crooks to circumvent the system, or is this a matter of calling for a vote once the needed number of signatures are in, and the issue is on the ballot? What is the time-frame?

Entertainers, celebrities, royalty, and politicians (except KING KK) pretty much accept the fact that they live their lives in a “fish bowl” and are subject to public review and scrutiny.

When you are a politician responsible for, and in control of the public the trust (money?) you are absolutely accountable to the public for your actions and are subject to media review and challenge!!.

A recall was started (see the included link), was approved and subsequently retracted because the petitioner was challenged by KING KK as a nonresident of Detroit. The petitioner has to be a Detroit resident. Any citizen of Detroit has the POWER to start proceedings for the removal of KING KK. The citizens put him in office, they can just as easily take him out of office!!

If anyone within the private sector would mis-appropriate funds for their own use it would be called embezzlement!!

  I wonder, since he works for the citizens and the city, if he could be charged with embezzlement because of the way he has used the city's money?? Does anyone know if City Councel could charge him with this once their audit of his spending is done???

Mariez...........many educated people understand and use latin when appropriate.  Secondly, did you mean removed from a CASE?  Causde you certainly couln';t have removed any from the bench.
