I don't think that Kwame was limited to only leave the state for BIDNESS. I think he was allowed to leave with notification. Not that I think it is fair. But I am trying to remember from the arriagnment. I don't remember than magistrate saying that he would only LEAVE for City BIDNESS. I am sure that was this Magistrates intention (especially after seeing the magistrate go off on CB) so I am waiting for him to let it loose on KK and CB due to the appeal.

I hope you are right.  I had forgotton about the lady in Troy.  That is a really good question.  Are there any places where we can find out if she is alright?  Did Kym Worthy find out about her.?  Would it make any sense for Kwame supporters to say that Steve Wilson may get fired?  It seems like that would backfire on them once channel 7 found out how many fans Steve has, and that their viewer audience would diminish.  Right now channel 7 gives the most information, then channel 2.

When the rumor of this came up yesterday I WAS OUTRAGED!!! I certainly hope that there in NO Validity to this story. I refuse to let my blood pressure go up today as it did yesterday. Steve Wilson DOES HIS JOB!!!!     KWAME KILPATRICK DOES NOT DO HIS JOB EFFECTIVELY!!!  KWAME NEEDS TO GO, NOT STEVE WILSON!!!!

I refuse to even think about Steve losing his job or being re-assigned until I hear it from him. I think this is a horrible prank/rumor that someone started. Possibly his new "spin doctor" or just a kobblehead.

There were 2 strippers at the Manoogian party. When Carlita beat Tamara, the other one ran down south where she was met by a bullet the same way Tamara was. There were 2 lawyers died/dissapeared. And there was 1 caterer for a bithday party for Carlita.  The 2 entertainers from Chicago were presumed to have been sent back,,, but no one has heard from them either. They were last seen with KK outside a club in Detroit.

I received an email late last night...about 10:30pm, and he seemed to be chuckling about the rumor. Again, I don't think it is ever a bad idea to send an email to someone's boss telling them what a great job they are doing, BUT Steve isn't going anywhere, unless HE chose to. Remember, television is about advertising dollars. Scripps is about $$$$... like any business.

Steve is in the best position of his life. He is in a "name your price" place. Everyone needs to stop, and think logically. It is, as always about $$$$. Steve Wilson is generating revenue. No business gets rid of someone generating money.

Think about all of the professional athletes that are HUGE liabilities to the professional teams that employee them...why do they keep their jobs? Because they bring in the fans ($$$$), period. All that said, Steve Wilson is not a liability to WXYZ, he is an asset, he is their MVP. I have no doubt that the team of lawyers that work for WXYZ and Scripps quadruple check Steve's work before anything is broadcast. They limit their liabilty while exposing the truth. I have stated before that Steve Wilson checks and re-checks his facts. That is why when people are going nuts on here about something, and then they wonder why it isn't on the TV (like all the murders that Gene talks about), it is because they have to be able to PROVE their statements, or they open themselves up to liable, defamation, slander. They also open themselves up to credibility issues. You must be able to prove your accusations, it's that simply.

I think that sometimes on this forum, we forget that this forum is OPINION. We, collectively don't have to prove what we say, what we think, what we infer. An opinion, is very different than facts. Which is why we have often said here that while we ALL can draw the lines, connecting the dots, and know that Kwame is as dirty as they come, but proving it is a completely different thing.

Chuck Stokes has already spoken publicly that WXYZ supports and stands behind what Steve WIlson has said and done. That IS the stand of WXYZ. No one blogging or commenting can circumvent that.

My bestfriend has worked for WXYZ for abut 30 years. In speaking with her about Steve Wilson, she laughed and said, "why would they get rid of him? He has done nothing wrong. Remember this is a station that gave an anchor his job back after he admitted issues with cocaine, and took Bill Bonds back, how many times? Bill Bonds made opinion statements, and was often a liability to WXYZ, but he was popular, people loved him, and so the station kept taking him back".

Bottom line... send a lovely email to WXYZ, tell them how you love Steve, and then relax. I wouldn't be surprised in the least to think that KK's Media Watch group is saying stuff just to distract people from the real story. Or it could be a kobblehead... whatelse do they have to do with their time?

Thank you again Tantra. I e-mailed the station in full support of Steve yesterday. He is their equivelent of an MVP. And, I too, couldn't believe these rumors from yesterday. However, today with a much more rational mind, I am of the belief that they are just rumors.

I know you have communicated with Steve in the past that's why I addressed my question to you.

The dissaperance of the two Lawyers on lake Huron.  Charles Rutherford and Lana Stempien.

 

Lana Stempien (1969–August 11, 2005) was an American lawyer, licensed to practice in Michigan and Florida, who drowned under mysterious circumstances. Her boyfriend Charles Rutherford Jr. (born 1970, went missing August 11, 2005, later declared legally dead), commonly known as Chuck Rutherford, was also on the boat when Stempien went into the water. He was ruled dead by a court of law in 2006, but his body was never found.

The couple were on a trip to Mackinac Island, Michigan and left in a boat owned by Stempien. Stempien called her father 24 hours after the couple departed to assure him they were all right. They stopped at Presque Isle for gasoline and Stempien made a congenial phone call to her Aunt. The couple then departed onto rough seas. After another boater saw the couple's small boat, he became concerned and called the Coast Guard. They later located the couple's boat, which was found unoccupied with the engine still idling. Stempien's body was found floating by the shore several days later. The case contained several unusual facts.
