I am troubled by this preacher coming to Detroit with a “Blessing “ to bring us together. I am amazed at the support he seems to be getting. He has said some horrible things about the white race, ridiculed the white race, made some very negative comments about white women from the pulpit and the race in general, now they (his statements) are being referred to as just sound bites, mere words taken out of context of his actual inspirational speeches that we need to learn from. He is being praised as a scholar of the scriptures. Well then just what was the uproar about kwames using the N word, its just a word taken out of context again, (oh o there’s that text word again). This is one of the most racists men around and I believe he incites hate between the races as much as Hitler. If we accept him, after Obahma (spelling ?) being roasted for attending his church, it is nothing more than hypocrisy and the N word from Kwame should also be over looked. Yesterday I read members asking each other NOT to respond to these "kobbleheads"? an unspoken agreement to LEAVE THEM ALONE!  Then I see all this back and forth today - You CAN'T have a rational conversation, arguement, or "debate", with the mentally ill!!! Their major pysch issues and delusions will have you spinning your wheels watching your frustration level rise and can only distract us from the common goal - PRODUCTIVE discussions, keeping the heat on, and supporting each other. PLEASE everybody - when one of these known "kobbleheads" posts some bizarre, delusional, ramblings and accusations - DON'T RESPOND!  not even a little bit, not even as a "joke". You certainly are entitled to YOUR opinion, but in MY opinion I disagree with everything you say about the issue at hand, Kwame Kilpatrick. We on this forum are not hate mongers, we love the City of Detroit and wish for it to have better leadership than what the current administration is providing. you repeatedly talk about his personal life, well, it goes much deeper than that. Perjury, misuse of city funds for personal purposes, giving city contracts to his friend, etc...?? Corruption,and kickbacks, come to mind. What about the fact that there have been rumors of him telling city employess and city appointees that they HAVE to make donations to his Defense Fund?? That speaks of extortion to me. What about you?? If you seriously, think that this type of behavior is acceptable, then I know for sure that you must be one of the people that plan to loose considerably if he loses his job?? Are you too on the "friends & family plan?" KK constantly spins the stories of what is actually happening in the city all for the purpose of making himself shine and everyone else is wrong.

As far as "the wonderful things" you think the mayor has done, well all I can say to that is YOU ARE COMPLETELY DELLUSIONAL!!!!! Kwame Kilpatrick has done nothing but run this city into the ground,  sling a lot of mud on it and laugh in the face of all of the decent hardworking people in it. He didn't implement any of the larger projects that have taken place the last few years, they all started in the Archer administration.

JEEZ!!!!   Kilpatrick must be HIGH!!!  Doesn't he know that people are smarter than that?  I do believe that people are seeing right through this CRAP!!! Here, Kwame is constantly accusing City Council of "playing politics" instead of concerning themselves with city business when HE is the one that is truly guilty of that - not City Council.  He states that he wants City Council to concentrate on his "Economic Stimulus Package" instead of "playing politics".  Everytime he appears at one of these areas where his "economic package" is supposed to help, he uses it as a "soap box" for his accusations of the City Council playing politics.  He briefly touches on what the "package" would do to help that particular area and then - he's off to the races with his agenda.  Before all of this MESS - he NEVER cared about these areas.  But now, all of a sudden, he's claiming he's been trying to clean up these areas all along.  And EVERYBODY knows that's not even remotely true.  He concentrated on the Downtown area - not the neighborhoods.  If anything, somehow all of the monies that were supposed to spent on the neighborhoods were used elsewhere (i.e. Downtown) or the money just somehow simply disappeared!!!   And nobody else is "playing politics" except Kwame!!!!  I guess he thinks that people of Detroit are really stupid and won't be able to see through HIS personal agenda.   Kwame, WAKE-UP!!!!   The people of Detroit aren't that stupid!!!!
