I for one appreciated this information. Actually it is refreshing to get away from Kwame BS for a minute for IMPORTANT stuff. Thank you for taking the time, and after reading it, it truly saddens me that Obama is so ashamed of his white heritage, I wonder how that makes his Mom feel. I feel there are too many wholes and contradictions in his history to be President this time around maybe once everything is out he would make a good President. . Look what happened with Kwame, people were and still are SMITTEN with his charm like they are with Obama and see where we are now. Just like Kwame every time you turn a page something new comes out, information we need to know be it good or bad. When you think about it it is VERY similar to Kwame, Politicians will Lie, cheat, bend the truth, distort, deny and do just about anything to get the people on their side.

Here is a question for the Legal Eagles here. This Judge Guiles, is everything on him (decision wise) as far as weather Kwame can be prosecuted. I mean does this man ALONE have the power to say there is not enough evidence to go after Kwame and CB, and then its done with? I suspect he will be under a microscope from his denial of knowledge that KK donated $1,000 to his wife’s school re election fund. I can maybe understand someone not knowing a donation of $100 came, but not knowing the Mayor of Detroit donated $1,000 seems far fetched to me. Another case of I don’t remember or know in this matter.

HI Boomer - Last I heard both were supporting Clinton. In case you didn't know, both KILLpatricks and Grandholm are super delegates also. There is of course the problem with the Democratic delegates. We'll have to see what is decided this week since a proposal was given to the DNC (Democratic National Committee) Friday.

Hi Kathy - I'll try to answer your questions. Judge Giles is, as of now, the Judge for the Preliminary Hearing which is scheduled for 9 June.

The appeal to disqualify the 36th judges is scheduled for 19 May.

Until the appeal, and possibly another appeal, Judge Giles is the Judge of record and would rule on any matters brought to him regarding this case. But, any ruling can be appealed to a higher court.

The appellate court will be looking at the matter of disqualifying the entire 36th District Court. If the ruling is favorable for the prosecution, then a visiting Judge will be brought in for the Preliminary. If not, (the ruling is in favor of the defendants) then Giles will continue to be the Judge. But I HIGHLY doubt that the defendants will win the appeal. The decision can be appealed again by either party.

Does he have the authority to dismiss any, or all charges, that have been levied against Kwame and Beatty. The short answer is yes. That is what the Preliminary Hearing is for. To make sure there is enough evidence, or proof, to proceed to trial. But personally, I highly doubt that Ms. Worthy would have brought the charges unless she was pretty confident that they would hold up. Also, if any are dismissed they can be brought again once the necessary evidence is presented to the Court.
