I think it's time to move to the new forum.

It's the newly created forum that is being promoted by WXYZ. There will be new people posting with new ideas, thoughts.

Plus this one is getting very long and getting hard to back track to find "articles" or opinions of others.

Good Luck to all those who move to the next one. I am staying here as long as this one is open.  It has been alot more peaceful lately and it is very nice for posters not getting directly or in-directly attacked, in writing, for their opinions.

I agree!  I'm not into repeating myself repeatedly!  One of my pet peeves.

I have always believed that people have a right to express their opinions on these forums.  I have observed repeated attacks when an individual's opinion may differ.  Actually it has been rather peaceful around here for the past week.  Interesting observation.  Who knows where we will all end up?

With CB's uncle showing up it might show a little sympathy towards CB from the people.  But he has to remember his niece lied and was in on this.  He just might be against both.  Maybe people are really fearful to be shown out in public recalling KK.

   Sympathy is not what this is about. To my knowledge, that IS what this is about KNOWLEDGE. Along with the who, what, why, when, and where all this got started. They have the ACCUSED, they are currently on trial. Eventhough many feel that the Poll Of Public Opinion carries weight in a Court of Law. Be wary that OPINIONS are just that. And the ONLY ones that are REALLY going to matter are the Judges who preside over the various cases in these coming months. The right to speculate sure, but to be Judge, Jury, and Executioner without a Law Degree is wasted fodder for print.  

There are people on this forum with expertise in many areas, including law.  Even if this were not the case, being judge, jury and executioner can be included in 'speculation'.

    It is obvious that you are a less than stellar proof reader as well. For those who see what they want but ignore the obvious generally they share the same opinions. Picking and choosing, or having a selective vision when exactly what was said is in black and white right in front of your face is priceless. But, I am well aware that cowards in forums just like this are all over and that there is no real escape. So the truth still remains the truth, it just comes down to who's interpretation you will subscribe to. I applaud you for expressing you suburbanistic attitude.

   And as for the sheer gall to deem to deduce what I said as something to be reckoned with only shows you have no high level of melanin in your skin either. It's a pity that some things are extremely transparent. But, one thing for sure you would never want to ever walk a mile in my shoes. You are a part of that moral majority that first wants to accuse, then wants to persecute. Eventhough someone like you, or the way you think draws first blood. Then when the response is leveed, it's open season. It's a shame, that more times than not the originator of the first inflammatory post is a drive-by poster just to see how long it takes to offend someone. So that someone else picks up the torch.

Judges do not speculate, they follow case law and the rules of the courtroom.

The only opinion that will "matter" will be the Jury.

As for OUR opinions they do matter, because they help the politicians in making decisions in which direction to proceed. On this board, or forum, every voice is important because we are all formulating ideas and teaching each other.

It is not the goal to be an antagonist, but to learn other peoples thought, ideas, dreams and plans for our City.
