   You are right to suggest that we need to look closely at the character of the next elected person we entrust with the heart of the city.  Trust a person who has succeeded in the small things in this area before giving them the key to the city's treasures. 

 Spot the small cancers in character before they grow out of control.

  Charisma does not mean that person is ready to lead you!  Don't be duped by those 'dressed up' appearing important or whose large stature suggests that they "should lead" but themselves are not big enough to pour water on the feet of those of whom they are charged to serve.

 Don't be fooled by those who mimic goodness, but reward those who really deserve to be recognized for deeds of Good Will and Service, who value education, forthrightness and morals rather than those who smugly admire their own their intelligence, glib speeches marveling at how they are entitled to be spared in the face of mocking God, the law, their wives, and anybody else.

Character and integrity are character and integrity...PERIOD...you either have it OR you do not have it! You are a thief with your hands because you are a thief in your heart .

If you lust in you body, you either have put yourself under to adultery and deal with your mind and thoughts...or you will succumb! Look at all these politicians messing up their careers over this!

If you were on a pro sports team, you would be trained to conserve the greatness of your power be abstaining for the benefit of the game...And those who have gone against this discipline have ALWAYS gotten to a point where they could not hide it and the LOST!!!

HOLLEY THAT TO PROTECT THE CITY OF DETROIT AND AVOID LIABILITY, HE COULD NOT HELP FREE MY SON FROM JAIL WHO WAS SENT TO JAIL AND FRAMED BY THE CARJACKING TASK FORCE IN DETROIT.  MONICA CONYERS'S ASSISTANT MICHELLE SAID THAT THE CITY DOESNT' WANT TO BE SUED.  WHEN I SENT ALL OF THE DOCUMENTATION TO ALL THE NEWS CHANNELS, YOU DID NOTHING ABOUT THIS INJUST AND UNJUST DONE TO MY SON.

FURTHERMORE, YOU DID NOTHING WHEN WAYNE COUNTY PROSECUTOR KYM WORTHY'S OFFICE SENT ME A CERTIFICATE OF NO EXISTENCE OF RECORD FOR WHICH MY SON WAS FRAMED.

NOW, MY 14 YEAR OLD DAUGHTER WAS RAPED BY THREE MEN IN THE CITY OF DETROIT AND THE WAYNE COUNTY PROSECUTOR HAS USED MY DAUGHTER'S CASE AS BAIT FOR ONE OF THE RAPIST AND PUSHED MY DAUGHTER'S VICTIMIZATION UNDER THE RUG, SO NOW WE CAN'T TAKE TO THE PAROLE BOARD WHEN THE FIRST RAPIST IS FREE IN 3 YEARS.  THE WAYNE COUNTY PROSECUTOR SAID THAT THEY WILL PICK UP THE OTHER RAPIST WHEN THEY GET STOPPED FOR A TICKET.

First, one needs to assume you know that of which you speak, which, given how you outlined the events, is unlikely.  But, given that you are describing events accurately, let me ask a question.  You are saying that people with "connections" whether rapists or mayors, get "let off easy" by the city, yet your son isn't?  Go ahead then, keep backing the corrupt King.  Do you really believe that by supporting him, hopefully he will stay in office, and ensure justice is served for you or your children?  Or will more of the same continue, even get worse, if he is able to avoid justice?

The system is corrupt and I'm sorry for sweetlady's situation but you can not overlook corruption at the top because you do not feel it is the corruption touching you.  That is just plain crazy and it is also how the Kwame situation has grown out of control.  People voting him in are certain this is just about sex and doesn't affect them.  It is about corruption and until the people say no to it at every level, lives are not going to change.
