Its about time the people of Detroit hear all of the facts instead of inuendo. The Mayor needs to step down and resign. Having parties at his private residence and going out of town on several occasions to have "fun" instead of conducting city business is absurd. I feel that the 3 police officers that were fired wrongfully should be able to get their positions back. They should have never had to get lawyers to defend their position. I also feel that what Dan Webb said is all bull. There is no such thing as "illegal evidence".He kept repeating the same thing at least 5 times, you don't need to repeat something more then twice. Kym Worthy is going by ALL evidence, not just hear-say. The mayor needs to take responsibility for his actions, and quit acting as though he can be above the law.

Perhaps this explains why King Kilpatrick did not learn the lessons Kym Worthy spoke about when he was a 5 year old.  His mother taught him how to blame instead of teaching him that lying is wrong, taking things that do not belong to you is wrong and it is wrong to hurt others in order to save yourself, especially if you are wrong to begin with.

I think the mayor and his posse need to watch out, because Ms. Worthy and her posse are HOT on the trails.! She did the right thing, I just hope the justice system doesn't fall for the "HIP HOP MAYOR's"  Manipulation & Fake Charm Skills. Let's hope he won't get off due to some slip or oversight in the the law. But, isn't that's what him and the attonery want to happen. Has anyone noticed that his $700.00 dollar an hour attonery is "white?" Can anyone tell me, why does he always turn to white people when he needs something, but he's a "Brother" when he's out in the streets trying to keep his popularity polls up. The Detroit citizens and the state of Michigan deserve to have BETTER and I pray that this is the turning point for us all towards getting it. Just remember a Zebra's stripes don't ever change!

Prosecutor Worthy had a job to do and she should be commended for her honesty.  I am shocked that the professionalism of his mother faltered to maintain alliance with her son who has dragged and embarrassed our fair city and the high standards we should achieve.  Carolyn Kilpatrick should admire the courage and honesty Ms. Worthy portrayed instead of denying and placing blame on everyone but the ones who are guilty.

What goes around comes around and the TRUTH will always prevail.

Prosecurtor Worthy for MAYOR.  Now that is where the city should go instead of the gutter the ENTIRE Kilpatrick family is taking us.

Great point, wish they could make him take a leave without pay, then I am sure this would go quickly.  And IF (HAHA) he is exonerated, he could go back to business as usual.  Didn't even think about him being paid with taxpayers dollars, just kept thinking about how much of taxpayers dollars were being wasted.

I am praying for Carlita because it has been her husband's actions that has thrusted her in this mess.  If her husband would not have showed his behind by having a party,  she would have never had to fight anyone.  Love is a  mother... and maybe you have never been in love, but I pray that she will shake herself and be able to hold head up in these next weeks, months or however long this process takes.    Because, she is more than KK wife!!!!

And I have been away, but I have kept up with what's going on in my hometown!
