What are the possibilities of KK going to Texas to obtain 9million dollars to

make a deal with the legal system to repay Detroit taxpayers in return for

dropping all charges against him and leaving office with no criminal record?

Would Kim Worthy have the power to accept this plea bargain???  Would

the City Council be able to stop or have any say on such a deal???  Can a

person like KK buy his freedom back??  The regular guy on the street that

would face these kind of charges does not have all these connections that

would sustain him or her through such an ordeal.  The regular guy would

be sitting in jail right now not flying to Texas in hopes that God has left him

something in the basket of donations from Sunday service.
