Obviously the boy mayor only hires underpaid genius'.  He is just bringing them up to parity with the rest of the crooks.  The boy has to go.  Just imagine what could be done for the city with the money he has cost the city as well as what he has dole out to his friends and relatives.  HE HAS GOT TO GO.  Maybe the legilasture can get the crooked governor to do something about this although, she is no  more moral or ethical than he is.  They all look out for one another.
