why did they let some part time law student do this summary of the Kilpatrick accounts instead of hiring a REAL ACCOUNTANT? WTF? tHE DEFENSE LAWYER LED THE PROSECUTOR RIGHT WHERE HE WANTED HER.    He wanted tythis kid on the stand so he can try and make the most finicky arguments regarding these numbers.

kk's attorney tried to confuse this young man but in general the money, $780,000. went in and out of these five bank accounts.  As the judge said, he has all the bank statements and will figure it out.  When kk took the "fifth" I thought he may have been protecting Momma Cheeks-Kilpatrick or Bernard - they have to figure in this somewhere.
