What the UAW fails to realize is that GM does NOT need them.  I see two other potential routes for GM.  First, we have a large amount of people in this state, who are out of work skilled tradesmen.  I'm sure many of them would be happy to take a job at GM for less money, and benefits than the current employees are ...
