Kudos to the City Council.  They finally realize that not only is Kwame an embarrassment to the City of Detroit but he is an embarrassment to the State of Michigan.   However as we all know Kwame will not step down and the only way anyone will get him out of the Mayor's Office is either in HANDCUFFS or a STRAAIGHT JACKET!!
