Give me a break.  No one would care if it only happened for 2 days every year but it doesn't. This year the cruising and gathering started in May.  I know because Woodward Ave is directly behind my backyard fence.  

I won't forget the awful noise that has been going on since May, as Cruisers loiter in parking lots and drive their filthy and noisey cars up and down Woodward, aggravating residents and small businesses. This needs to stop.
