It is lamentable that it has come to this! Though I am not a resident, it is where I was born and raised so I belieive I should have a say contrary to the Mayor's belief. I am glad that the Council has taken steps to remove this piece of business from the shoe of the City. I can hope that the Citizens will learn from this lesson and elect a mayor ...
