Well I'm going to look at it like this. On his way into his sister's house he side stepped a pile of dog doo. But something came up which got his attention. And he left the house in a hurry. And in his haste to leave he forgot about the doo in the yard. So as his misfortune would have it. He stepped in it al by himself.

   I can not say it enough. At this point what Kilpatrick did on July 24, 2008 will be his ultimate undoing. Everything else is just icing on this cake. August 15, 2008 will be the beginning of the end for Kilpatrick. And from the way his attorney's were talking yesterday, they plan on waiving the prelim and head straight to a jury trial.
